New vendor checking in.

Jeep XJ winch bumpers

3/16" plate construction, with the exception of the mounts, which are 1/4"

Mounts pick up the 3 steering box bolts. (6 holes per side attachment).

Clevis mounts included and are nicely TIG welded on (Plug welded on the rear as well).

Welds are ground. Bumper comes unpainted.

I take paypal, check, MO or CASH.

I can customize these. I did a similar receiver mount front bumper for a customer. Tubework too.

I welcome feedback on these.

email, PM or post questions. Or call. I'll be happy to answer them.

I make ZJ bumpers as well. I'll have a post for those soon.

Thanks for looking.

Here is a receiver version.

Made right.

Receiver mounts to heavy square tube which runs between the mounts and behind the bumper face.

Pin access from the top.

A few inches closer in than the winch bumper.

Otherwise similar to the winch bumper. Full 1/4" mounts, 3/16" construction.

Pirate Price $349 Shipped in the lower 48 states.

These are now laser cut and made from P&O steel.

Winch and fairlead holes are now cut. (Standard 4.5x10 pattern)

I'm selling quite a few via ebay, would like to sell more here.

Thanks

Do you have a better side shot of the shorter bumper?

Would it be possible to build a short one without the receiver tube?

What tolerances do you build to? Will this slide over the "frame horns" if they have been plated with 1/8"?

thanks,

Chris

Don't have any more pics of that bumper.

But I can make one as tight to the body as you like, and adjust the brackets out 1/4" too.

Thanks,

James

HEY! I think I know that guy! If it's who I think it is, his name is Shane (or Shea). His Jeep has a RC 6.5" LA on 35" and lincoln-locked front and rear. He just moved down to L-ville.

I shipped a ZJ bumper to Switzerland so anything's possible.

Just gave a quote to ship one of these to the UK: $294 usd for the basic bumper.

And $424 to Australia

I'd probably give a good rebate for pictures of my bumpers in foreign lands

(Not enough to offset shipping, and there would have to be some stereotypical scene in the background...)

How much for one like the silver one on the black jeep with local pickup? Also have you ever made one for a 03 style f-350?

Currently about $400 for local p/u with the tubes.

I've made an '05 Superduty bumper but don't have a specific 'design' for one.

I have access to a 2000 F-250 to build from.

Thanks,

James

I can...probably $450 shipped.

Never got an installed pic but I've since driven by it several times, so when I'm in the area again I'm going to sneak some pics

custom winch bumper

Hey I like your bumpers. Just wanted to know if you could make me a custom winch bumper similar to the bumper im going to post a pic of. Would like to have the winch spot dropped a little further down in the bumper for more protection. If you could shoot me a PM of cost shipped to zip code 22427. That way I know how much I gotta come up with. Thanx.

The winch mounting area on that one seems to be at the same height as mine... it's just the fairlead mounting area that is taller and wraps back a bit.

Not interested in copying that bumper design, but I can make changes to the fairlead mount on mine.

PM Coming.

Thanks,

James

Ya your probably right on the placement of the winch. Its probably just an illusion of the fairlead mount making it look like its dropped a little further. Hey I just sent you a pm before reading your post so just disregard what I said about dropping the winch placement a little. Thanx again.

Still making these. Probably the best value for an XJ winch bumper.

Still making these? Interested in either plain with hitch or full tube model with winch plate. I just have to decide if I want to cart my winch all the time.

Shipping to 80233 colorado. Thanks Mark B

Still making them.

$349 shipped for the winch bumper.

$75 extra for the tubes included but not welded on. (hoop and two side bars).

Plain bumper with hitch will probably be $50 more, as I don't make them like the winch bumper.

Thanks!
