Lexan hood's are on sale through the end of the year ! We offer them in transparent red,yellow,blue,smoke,and clear. They are available for TJ,YJ,CJ,and Toyota FJ40. We are also taking orders for the narrowed pie cut TJ hood that will be 49" at the cowl.Here is a picture of a CJ , YJ , and TJ hood,they come as shown with fenders attatched. We usually cut the fenders off . I've also attatched photos of the hoods on John's Jeep and Derek's buggy.
Clear hoods are $350 plus shipping ($50 to your local greyhound station)
Colored hoods are $450 plus hipping ($50 to your local greyhound station)

I need a new hood for my Tj. Two questions:

1.When cut out are they the exact same as a Tj hood, or at least where it lines up with the grill?

2. Do you paint it like an RC car body with special paint, and from the inside?

I think you could do that,as long as your cuts were clean and there was no chance of the lexan cracking or pelling/spidering off of your louver holes

If there were 30 people interested in the JK hood I would consider molding one.It cost about $15,000 to finalize a hood.

Although I can't really see the hood that well, it appears to be a darker blue. Am I correct? Or is it just blue blue....
