You should have a copy of the UPS tracking via email. If not drop me an email and I'll make sure you get a copy.

I got the e-mail thanks, UPS sent me a link providing the tracking information, But it said they haven't received the package yet, Have you guys even shipped it yet? Its been 4 days since I placed my order.

It's here on the cart waiting to be picked up. Their next scheduled pick up is tomorrow.

Ok thank you. Just thought it was odd there was a tracking # but UPS said they hadn't received it. Hopefully it gets picked up tomorrow can't wait to receive it. That way I can finally get my Lights on my front winch bumper.

Hey were are you guys located at? Just trying to see how far y'all are away to determine when i'll receive it. I checked the UPS Tracking site again and it says they still haven't received the package yet from y'all.

We're in Ontario. Door to door from our place to yours should be 4 day service, so you should see it mid week. If nothing changes on the tracking by Monday please give me a call and I'll speak with the truck driver to see what's up.

Sorry it took so long. I got really busy after I installed them and then forgot all about posting some pictures. I love it by the way. Its a really well made product. And you guys have GREAT customer service. Will definitely consider you guys again in the future for some other products you guys sell.
