Great pics Will...
That rubicon looks kinda whimpy

We still need to put the CJ windshield washer bottle in..
Maybe route the cruise control cable around the other side of the intake tube too..

Enjoy,
Ricky

No, our inner fender is an integral part of our over all fender design.

We've got two test mules running around on stock coils, our Zyros HyLines and phodeez. We used our front stretch suspension option and our rear suspension stretch kit to get the wheel base out to 101". 1) to get 101" wheelbase and 2) to get tire placement right in the wheel opening to allow tire clearance at full articulation.

Will is it? Call me, I need pics of this Jeep. That LJ is HOT! If you like we'll send you a washer bottle in trade for pics!

We recently found a bottle that works great with these fenders. I have several in stock now.

BTW, interesting way to mount the battery. Very nice! You do nice work, next time we have an opening for an installer we should talk.

Thanks,

Bob

Are you selling the highline rear corners w/o a flare? Don't see them on your website.

JK, no. There is nothing structural to bolt a metal flare to... There's enough guys out there already making them so we are not going to jump on the band wagon. If I had any interest in tube flares for our JK I would either look to MORE or PSC. From what I've seen to date theirs are the only ones that fit the curves of the JK ok

CJ, maybe. IMO there really isn't a market or need for them. Our standard tube fenders for the CJ give enough opening to run 37's with a shackle reversal on 3-4" of lift and have room to spare. We are working on the YJ version because they compliment out coil conversion system so you can run big tires and low lift. Can't really get there on a traditional CJ suspension... I s'pose a guy willing to do a little fab work could adapt our YJ fenders to a CJ - the firewall bolt pattern is the same...

Here's afew trail shots of our HyLine Zyros Fenders and Corners from EJS.

BTW, Everything on the green Jeep powdercoated "chrome" and on the orange Jeep that is copper color is Aluminum - fenders included. (except the roll cages - they're 1026 DOM) Both Jeeps are stock coils on phodeez.
