Custom Bumpers

Virginia 4x4 produces unique bumpers 100% in-house. Our bumpers are unlike any other brand that we have ever seen. They're made from thicker plate (3/16" and up) and being made from scratch they are fully customizable in every way. Most of our bumpers are made from steel but we can also work with aluminum, AR plate, T1 and titanium. Our stingers are made out of either chromoly tubing (for steel bumpers) or solid 7075 (aluminum bumpers).

We are currently working on our JK bumper line (pictured) but we would love to take a break to make a bumper for your ________ (fill in the blank).

Note: For custom bumpers (other than Jeep Wrangler) you must bring your vehicle to us in northern VA.

actually YES I DO.

what engine do you have? the bumpers above start at about 125 lbs.

a front and rear bumper would double the weight of a sami

Just wondering , you website states that you are working on products for Ford among other brands. There a lot of people making bumpers for the super dutys. But not hardly anyone making them for the 73-79 trucks is this somthing you might do? If so what kind of price would I be looking at? Nice bumper girls by the way!

a one-off bumper is going to be expensive. now a group buy would be a different story. if i could do 4 or more the price would be competitive with any of the major brands mass produced bumpers.

if you wanted to do something simpler than what is in the pics the price would go down as well... its not easy making all those angles come together and the first one is the hardest.

HA. yes.

here is one we just did for a blue JK.

we try to match the powder with the rest of the trim. from 5' away it is very hard to distinguish any texture/color difference between the stock fenders and the new bumper.

this is more of a real world application with a used winch, used fairlead and no hottie:
