The "BTF Jeep Front Tube Fenders (DIY Kit)" is a great product choice for the home builder. This kit comes wil all the pieces you need to build your own tube fenders. The kit includes steel plate pieces that bolt to the grill and to the tub. It also includes fender tops that have a large flange on the inside of the engine bay for mounting accessories along with 1 1/4"x.120 wall tube that is bent to connect the grill to the tub. All of the plate pieces are laser cut from 1/8" high-strength steel. This is a builders kit.

This kit has to be welded together and is shipped unpainted

Available for CJs, YJs, and TJs.

This fender was modified by us a few years back on our Project 3-Link TJ. The design has changed slightly over the years but it's still the same basic measurements.

we do not make the hi-line fenders at the moment , that is something that we have been working on for a few months.

We are in the process of building JK fenders. The prototypes are on our BTF JK. They accept 40" tires with ease.

Just wanted to say i've had these on my YJ for a few years now and they have held up great and still look fantastic!! Great products as always. Anyone on the fence with these should go ahead and order them!

Petersens never did fix the name, but anyone interested in instructions can check out the article i did on these for Petersens a few years back here
