I am looking for a 2.2L diesel motor that went into a 83 Toyota PU 4x4 if the motor runs I would be getting ALL of the wiring and possibly the transmission and transfer case. COMPLETE UNIT so its a turn key setup ready to roll.

Saw exactly what your looking for, yesterday on kijiji-Ontario. Searched "Toyota pickup". Wanted to sell the truck complete, but said the motor was all that was worth anything due to rust. Alabama ? Really?

Got it. Make sure the location box says "Ontario". Throw this ad # in the search box. 338756986.
It should work. It's actually an '82 2wd now that I took a closer look, but its the truck diesel. It was on the 6th page in under Toyota pickup at 11:55pm.

They tend to pop up in this area, on that site. I see atleast one a year for sale. It's always "truck rotted away, but excellent motor" kinda deal. Merry x-mas.
