If you have ever wondered who makes your favourite Canadian Tire products, here's a way to look it up. Don't use the last number as this is Canadian Tire's code for package size. For example, with Certified brand 15W40 oil, product code 028-7907-8, enter 028-7907 or 0287907 or Shell Rotella T 028-7932-8, enter 028-7932 or 0287932.

Of course you can use it to look up the MSDS but unless you're a Health and Safety weenie you probably don't care.

thats funny cause shell makes the CT brand but they also sell the shell brand but increase pricey

It's like that with esso stuff. Took a refinery tour of an esso plant...they make oil for Volvo, cat, ufa...and a bunch of others I can't remember.
