i've got a 94 4wd 4L80E, and a 10 spline 205 with a figure 8 adapter. i've read somewhere that i can mate the two together by swapping to a 32 spline input, and using a 400/205 adapter. my sources are not reputable ones, so i figured i'd post here and see what you guys had to say about it.

The 4l80E output shaft is the same as a TH400, so the same rules apply.
Youll need a 32 spline input 205 and the appropriate adapter.

Need to do some machining on the 400 adaptor to work on the '80e. I don't remember how much, but like .030" or so. There is a right up on CK5, if you search on the web or here should find it.

Advance Adapters sells everything you need in one kit!, all you need to do is have your input bored from 80mm to 90mm.

The Part Number is 50-0410

Offroad Design tuned down my adapter i thank it was around 30 bucks and you need a 2wheel drive output shaft for the 4l80
