It's pretty easy to use. If I want two pieces the same I roll them together as one piece then cut them apart. Quite a bit of scrap is left too. But I like the way it looks so I'm doing it.

That thing is going to be awesome! I really like the rolled tube, very clean. Good job on the build.

48" 360* bend with 1.75 .120 wall. Exhausting 1 hour for me.

The pic in my before is the tube going around the rear wheels. I also worked on the hood. Still not exactly sure how I'm going to attach it. I had to cut 7" off of the length of the hood. Also worked on the bed part of the truggy. More rolled tube of course. When I started this build I didn't know I was going to be rolling so much but I think it looks good so I'm keeping it going.

its looking damn good, couple questions though. what size tires are you running? it looks as if the very rear part of your rockers, where your wheel well meets, is a little close, and will cause rubbage with a decent sized tire. it also looks as if the wheel well tubes in the rear come awfully close to the shocks? and are you going to end the wheel well where it appears to intercept with the "end of bed upright"? or are they going to continue down to the rectangle part of the frame? Im really liking it, wanna trade?

42" are on order right now. The rock slider in the rear is getting cut a little but not much. The pic and angle is a little deceiving. I will definitely make sure its not gonna hit. And yes the wheel well tube will be getting cut too. Its just sitting there for the pic to give people the idea. Im going to weld it to the end of the bed vertical tube.

The bed is coming together nicely. The bottom pic is how Im thinking of doing the bracing. The braces going straight out from the shock towers might not be there. IDK

I went to Milwaukee last weekend so I didn't work but I did get a chance to work on the truggy this weekend. Mainly just some bracing done. I ran out of tubing. I did however get my tires! Daddy like. I need to get some seats ordered this week for sure. I'll be working on getting the back of the cab on this week.

Started on the sheet metal and the my seats should be on the way early this week. The sheet metal is 18 gauge and is cut to fit in the middle of the tubing. It is real hard to get the piece cut perfect but im getting there.

Should be fairly simple. Ill have to take off the throttle body and bolt a plate for the hook to get through. Might have pull off the bottom pulley and it should come out the top. From what I measured it will work.

Progress

Worked on the back of the truck a lot this weekend. Got the back of the cab back on and mostly welded on. I'm all out of tubing but I don't think I really need anything as of now. Also started on the sheet metal in the bed and those wheel wells are a b i t c h to get right. And they're still not right. My goal is to have this running by the first week of May. We'll see about that.
