My tow rig rear end blew.. it currently has a 10b with disc brakes.. I am looking at getting a complete 10b but.it has drums... My question is would I.be able to swap my discs over to.keep the disc brakes?
it should be a bolt up, as far as you may need to swap out e-brake cables, make some new hard lines on the axle. suburbans came with SF 14 bolts in six lug pattern. measure the spring pad width, compare it to yours, that will tell you if it will be a bolt in or not. then measure the wheel mounting surface (WMS) width and compare it to yours.
fyi to the op- A semi-floating 14 bolt does not look like a traditional 14 bolt full floater. The center sections are a different shape.
