Does anyone know which one of the connectors handles what functions...
I'm guessing the 6 pin handles gears and the 4 pin the park or neutral location
It's logical but I am talking A Chevy Suburban here,,Cowboy Cadillac Right.

Hey everybody rides in comfort with all the horse crap needed in the back.
For that I can"t complain.

Thanks for the help

It just does the back up lights, neutral safety function, and gear indication for the cluster. The PCM does not need it. So you can leave it out of the wiring if doing a engine swap. And tune the PCM for this.
