6.2 Chevy diesel
Yes,the low power non turbo Diesel.It's in a 85 Chevy 3/4 ton with a swapped in NV4500 transmission.The engine runs well enough ,the whole truck is in nice shape. It would make a good work truck for gathering firewood etc and around town.
I've always head horror stories about these Diesels but never knew anyone who owned on.The guy selling this truck says it's the original engine with about 120,000 miles. Should I be concerned this Diesel will be a problem ,as in a money pit? |
