8.1L crank pilot bearing to nv4500

ok so putting an 8.1L into my dually wich has an nv4500, the 8.1L has a crank pilot hole to accept a bearing of 1.575" od and has an id of 0.660" but the nv4500 has a pilot shaft od of 0.593" the old style pilot bearing has an od of 1.094" serched around the net and came up with nothing, im going to call bearing supliers today and see if they have anything, if anyone has ran into this before i could use the info
