1970 3/4 ton rear axle question

I have a Eaton 3/4 ton rear axle in my 1970 Chevy and want to know if the disk brake conversions that are for 14bolt axles will work on this axle as well? has anyone converted an Eaton to Disk?

ruffstuff in venders section has a disk bracket for that axle hit them up great to deal with.
