Just finished beefing up my Dana 60 Diff cover...
Spent part of the day doing this to my 60 Diff Cover before installing it.
All 1/4" plate, bent with a shop press and MIG welded onto the diff cover. Pic of the beginnings... Pic of everything welded up and ready for some fine grinding work. Looks great!Nice job.The only thing I would have add to it would be a ring behind the bolts.I know it is the front but you could still peel it backing up.Cheepin
