No 1st in my TH350

I posted this in gen4x4 but got no result's so I'll try here

I've searched

Now that's out of the way I Put a rebuild kit and a manual valvebody in my tranny. I've got all other gear's but first.

So what I'm looking for is a powerflow chart for a th350 so that I can isolate the seal's for the 1st gear and tear it down and see if I tore one or if it rolled when I put it back together.

BTW 1st applies but it slip's pretty good

Thank's in advance let me know if you need more info.

i would think that if the other gears work then you have good oil presure and if first slips then the clutch pack is leaking or the valve body is leaking.

have you checked your linkage? check that first.

check out the valve body as well. are any of the bolts that hold it down striped?

i don't know about any power flow chart. but most trans break down manuels should show which clutch pack is the first gear one. pull that first gear pack and check it out.
