Did a similar swap a year ago but used a sm465 due to money. By the way I have a 97 silverado. Anyway I am currently swaping a nv4500-klune-twin sticked 205.
You will have some computer issues just because it will not be getting the tranny codes so you will have a check engine light. Also yoiu will get what is called a torque converter rev which is the engine idling up about 500-800 rpm at stops. I sent my computer out to a company called ECM in little rock AR good ol Billy Clintons town. Cost 250 with shipping and came back running awsome. He programed all my peformance modes and adusted for gears and tires. That was the only isssue I could not do myself. If you have any questions glad to help, just PM me.
