temperature switch?

i have a 350 in my toyota 4x4 with an electric fan. right now i just have the fan wired through a relay and i turn it on by a switch in the cab. does anyone know of a temperature switch that i can thread into the thermostat housing to kick the fan on automatically. i need one that acts just like a switch with a NO contact. all the ones that i find put off a resistance.
