Disable AWD in Tahoe/Yukon? - Pirate4x4.Com : 4x4 and Off-Road Forum

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone knows how to disable AWD in a Tahoe/Yukon -- is it just a matter of removing the 15A fuse in the dash or do I need to do more?

Im not sure that you can dissable the AWD I work with these vehicles alot and I have tried many things to dissable it and have had no luck. I believe if you remove the fuse the viscuse clutch in the t-case willl burn up. Not positive mabye Ill try it tomarrow. My .02$
