ECM or Injector Problem? Help!

Well, I was having problems with my '96 Tahoe LT 5.7L 4x4 missing in cylinders 1, 2, 3, and 4. Scanning showed that all 4 injectors were wide open at 5.3 . I replaced all four inectors with new. Now 3 and 4 are firing normally, but 1 and 2 are still wide open flowing at 5.3 . Two bad injectors, or a bad ECM? If the ECM, can it simply be reprogrammed or do I need to replace it? If I just need to reprogram it, anyone know how much a dealer would charge, or does anyone here work for a dealer that can do it in their free time? Thanks!

Stumble 5.7 Vortec

We recalibrae the Vortec computer, there are so many software patches issued by GM for this computer, its crazy. The best way to test a internal vortec injector is to use a Tech II and shut down each injector. Once shut down, you will fell the engine run rough. Also, make sure you are not just feeling a misfire due to old ignition parts, Plugs, wires, cap and rotor. What kind of scan tool are you using. That sound like a millisecond reading.
