i've seen a lot of cars put on the frames of blazers and whatnot,
but i'm thinking of making my 79 z28 into a 4x4 using the cars frame. it has a roll cage and subframe connectors so i think i can weld up some front spring hangers and use a suspension lift for a chevy truck with axles from a k-5. anyhow, ive got some good fabrication skills and have decided to do it. any opinions or comments? it will have 37" boggers, front and rear lockers, and lots of beer.

And if you do make a white trash 79 camaro intoa 4x4 without putting a full frame underneath it and thinking that the subframe connectors will hold it together please keep it in your back yard. That thing would twist the body in half.
