Thanks Cody. Here are a couple under hood pics...haven't hooked up the hose yet.
Where you should cut on the inner fender, and relocate the coolant bottle. ![]() The box I got from Airrambox.com ![]() And chop a little bit out from the rear part of the inner fender to get to the bolts

I Was pretty busy this weekend.
Heres a shot of the D60 about ready to go back in with the new 4.56's and detroit: ![]() I still need to strip down the 14bolt and get it powdercoated to match, but I think it's getting the gloss red rattle can treatment temporarily so I can actually wheel it for a while. Heres a pic of the rear bumper and rocksliders I built as well. Sliders are 1 7/8" 1/4" wall SCH40, rear bumper is 1.5" SCH40. It was cheap and HREW/DOM is hard to get up here. Still need to weld-in the rear reciever and mount the stinger tire carrier on the bumper but thats coming along. ![]() ![]() I tossed together this front bumper out of some scrap 2x8x1/4" wall tube we had laying around. It's got holes for the front mount MM 12k Hydraulic, and will be getting bumper brackets, maybe a front reciever, and a stinger hoop on top. I may cut and weld on the CUCV grille guard as well...I kinda like it and it holds a lot of stuff.

2nd pic: The D60 pinion gear shift knob I built...may do something else though because it pops the t-case out of hi when you hit a big bump 3rd pic: where I mounted my Powertank 4th pic: the wheel well opening I cut out...need to cut out a cover for it.

I like pics in posts, and I figure you guys do to...so heres some more
FIRST PIC: Where I mounted my hi-lift, used some brackets from lowes with a 1/2" Bolt welded to the top, got some blingeddy bling Aluminum knobs from fourtrex.com to hold it down. SECOND PIC: The new springs for the burb. Tuff Country EZ rides, 3" rears for the front 52" spring swap, and 4" rears to go with the rear shackle flip. Should sit right at 8-9" and level when its all on there with the D60. I'll prob toss a zero rate add a leaf in the back too to make sure it doesn't "squat" THIRD PIC: ORD shackle flip & steering box brace, I picked up their front shackles too...they're beefy. FOURTH PIC: The new wally world 6x9's...I'm gonna pick up a pair of those foam speaker cups from crutchfield so they don't get mud caked and soaked from behind.
