transfer case problem
i have a 2000 silverado 1/2 ton Z71 with the 5.3. and 9 out of 10 times when i stop then pull forward my transfer case will sorta make a pop sound. but when i put it in 4 wheel drive and pull away the sound is not there. it seems like all four wheel are pulling when i pull away in 2 wheel drive then it slips out of 4 wheel drive. but it shouldnt even be in 4 wheel drive to begin with should it? if anyone knows a way to fix this problem or has any suggestions let me know. thanks
