u joints arent in alignment
i noticed under my 77 that the u joints in my rear driveline arent in alignment
they are off by about 60 degrees or so, rotated its a factory 203 and th350 rig, fixed yoke still is it ok like this or should the joints be aligned ? thanks for anything

Literally, just pull the d-shaft apart, turn the slip end to match the t-case end and push back together. They should be aligned to minimize vibrations...

yeah like that
the caps at one end of the shaft arent phased the same as the caps at the other end of the shaft so i take it they need or must be in alignment ? or ? or doesnt matter ? i dont notice any balance problem or anything driving it ever thanks
