32 spline sm465 to 203
I have an sm465 with the long 32 spline output and the np 208 adapter. I also have a 203 (doubler) with the 32 spline input. I am wondering if anyone has mated these two and if so how much spline engagement there is between trans and t-case. Also, when it comes to drilling the 203 and tapping it to the 6 bolt circular pattern of the 208 adapter do any of the 203 bolts carry over to the new pattern or is it just a matter of indexing based on the shaft and drilling from that?
Any input from somebody who has done this would be appreciated. Thanks. |

Ask Rene (tRustyK5). The NV4500/203 is the exact same process.
