I know this is not a hardcore tech question but I wanted to ask the guys who would know for sure. Will a tailgate from a 1987 burb work on my 1974 blazer. I am pretty sure it will bolt on but will the glass fit into the removable top? Thanks for the help!

Suburban and Blazer tailgates are totally different.

correct me if im wrong but i think even a mid 80s blazer door wouldnt even work on a 74....im pretty sure they are skinier.

Okay so I guess I need more info than I thought. I have a 74 that currently has a regular truck tailgate. I got a top in good shape for $60 and would like to put it on during the winter months (my wife likes to wheel but she also likes to stay warm

). People parting out blazers are hard to find here in Tucson. So what year range gate will fit my truck? Thanks again!
