Did you rebuild the CV pivot at the same time?

unless you can give a more detailed explaination of where the clunck is coming from (ie: hubs, d shaft, t case, etc) all you are going to get is guesses.

Make sure your exhaust header/manifold/pipe isn't hitting your front driveshaft.
Mine is about 1/4 inch away
Also, need more info. Chances are what you are hearing is the CV joint fixing to shit the bed. Have fun with that. lol

Had to have my exhaust changed when i put my lift in. Noticed the other day that i had this terrible clunking sound as well. My dumb ass just thought it was the 205. Turns out my cv front shaft wobbles like a bastard. Also, the exhaust tube i had made to clear the shaft now rests gently up against it. Good thing i only play in the notches and washes. Rocks would have made a mess. Guess its time to call Jess.

If all 3 of the joints in the front shaft are new then the Cv is probably binding up due to the angle from the new lift or you left something loose when you installed it.
I have seen the bolts back out where it attaches to the T-case and make one hell of a racket. or it's hitting something
