Rough riding Burb

I've got a 91 3/4 ton Burban with a 350, turbo 400, 208. I lifted it for my wife (read Mall Crawler), and it rides like shit. I used the Pro Comp 6'' with dual shocks up front because it already had the dual front shocks from the factory. The factory sway bar was bolted back in its original location. The rear rides nice but the front is stiff as hell. Are there any tricks to help the ride a little? I am a Jeep guy so the Chevy is all new territory. I have been searching off and on for a few days now without much help. I have my flame suit on so fire away. If you have some positive feedback for me, thanks in advance.

Well, the rough ride comes from either springs or shocks.

Pro-Comp springs are some of the roughest riding ones out there. Dual shocks aren't helping.

Changing the shackle angle on the front (relocating the rear shackle hanger on the front springs) and making new shackles would help a lot but it may or may not be worth it for you.

Yup. Either get your mother-in-law to ride on the hood, or start shovel-feeding your wife Twinkies!

I am going to try to pull one leaf, and one shock and see what happens. Thanks for the help, and laughs.
