TBI Problems

so i have a 91 k5 350 TBI and i am having some serious issues with the engine it will start and idle fine and sometimes rev up fine but whenever i put a load on it, let out the clutch and try to accelerate it starts to cut out and has no power. and other times when i try to rev it up at a stand still it sounds like its missing and backfires and wont go above 3000 RPM's and i've already check all the plugs and distributer i tried a new fuel filter, and checked all the wire connections and vacuum lines. Anybody have any other ideas or have this problem any help would be apprieciated thanks.

ck fuel preasure-"t" in gauge by fuel filter-should be 9-13 psi running.

Well i dont think its the fuel pressure because the fuel pump is pretty new but i will still check it out. and im not sure what the timing is set at but i didnt think it would idle very well if the timing wasnt right

it will idle ok but when you floor it, it will fall on its face. i got a smokin deal on a truck once cause it had no power. turned out the distributor hold down was loose and the timing was 10* retarded.
