Its 8x2 3/16 wall it looks wide as hell in the 2nd pic cause it cut at an angle. As for floor support im going to cut just enough away around teh 2x2 and weld the floor to the 2x2 kinda hard to explain Ill have some more pics up tonight.

I am going to use uhmw (cutting board stuff). I was doing some wieght checking. I was originally going to use 1/4 plate. A 4x8 sheet of 1/4 plate is like 374lbs and a 4x8 sheet of 1/2 thick uhmw is 80 lbs.

Just to let you know I ran out of grinding rocks and was using a flap disc. Thats why the front looks funny and the rear isnt don.
Got the ends closed in. Front. ![]() Front inside. ![]() Rear. ![]() This bitch has some clearance now! ![]()
