have you ever thought to look at some of the gear company catalogs to figure out what axles have what ratio splits for what carriers?

I mean, for me... thats kinda basic, right?

am i alone in this?

Yes I would assume you have the 4.56 ratio. There are carrier breaks, for the D44 it is 3.73/3.92 and the 14 Bolt 4.10/4.56 so you can put 5.13 ratio on both of those carrier cases. The only issu is on the 14 bolt you cannot run an aftermarket gear you must fo with a GM gear which we have in stock. Let me know if you have any questions or if we can be of any help with parts.
