2000 4.3....No start....Help pls!!

Hi, I have a 2000 4.3 vortec installed into my buggy. The wiring harness and computer were are redone by Jim's performance. This setup was running great untill just the other day. I took out the turbo 400 tranny and installed a turbo 350 with a 203/atlas II doubler. After the install I turn the key on and I pop a 20 amp fuse that Jim has wired up, so I start looking for pinched wires. I found them, I pinched the drivers side O2 sensor between the motor and trans. I loosend the tranny bolts, got the wires out, cut out the bad spots and spliced the wires back, and double checked to make sure nothing else was pinched or cut and that the wires were spliced back correctly. I replace the fuse and turn the key on again, the fuse does not pop this time, but it still does not start up, it cranks fine, and the fuel pressure is great, so I check spark. Spark is there, so I give it a hit of ether just to see, and it hit, but still no start. My best guess is that the injectors are not firing, I did an injector test with my scan tool and all the injectors will pulse individually, but I cannot get it to run, any idea where to start?
