I want to machine my own high steer arms to be used on a jeep Wrangler with a D44 front. I am going to use the old steering arm to get the knuckle bolt pattern but I don't know what the locations should be for the tie rod and drag link holes. Would any one happen to know what the locations would be, how far from the front knuckle bolt hole and how far to the side of the same bolt. Here you said you were gonna use the otherbut this might work better... Good luck on the rest. I guess put em about where they were before. Keep the tierod as close to where it mounts to the knuckle as possible for ackerman and the other depends. If its too close to the knuckle it wont give you full lock to lock. Too far and it wont have as much leverage steering. So it depends. Also be sure to keep them far enough apart so the TRE's dont hit in movement. This would have been better recieved in gen 4x4. (just a suggestion)

When I built my crossover setup I measured from the center of the top balljoint to the center of the hole on the steering arm on the drivers side then I used that same measurement for the new arm. I also used a Jeep Wrangler pitman arm with a 2 wheel drive steering box. A Jeep wrangler tierod shortened and sleeved with one inch tubing works well for the draglink.
