Post What's it worth?

I've got a 74 Chevy 3/4 ton long bed pickup with a few year old 350 crate motor and headers. It has an autobox and a NP203. FF14 bolt rear with detroit and Dana44 front with warn hubs.

It's sitting on 33" ATs with about a 4" lift.

the body is in ok shape, few dents, and with only minor rust and interior is servicible, but the HVAC system is dead.

I'm having it smogged tomorrow so we'll see what happens there, but I'll make sure it's cali legal before I sell it.

Any ideas what I should sell this thing for? I'd part it out because I know people can use the axles and engine, but I don't have the space to store half a truck.

Also, I've got an NP 205 that could be included if the buyer is interested.

I'll work on a pic in the next couple days. Right now, it's got a fresh rattle can primer paint job and I was planning on doing the stars and stripes on it. I'l probably just leave it primer for the next person to do what they want to it.

Whenever I'm trying to determine the value of a vehicle I look in the local Auto Trader to try to get an idea of the asking prices of vehicles similar to the one I've got. They're also online at www.traderonline.com. What that vehicle is worth where I am and where you are may differ based on a variety of criteria, that why I like using the local trader as a pricing guide.
