TSM is the way to go.
This is the way I am going to do it.

I've got a 14 bolt and I would look at the Colorado K5 board and search for a guy named misfit. He makes the brackets for around 55 or so. Real nice product. Then use the calipers of your choice either 3/4 Chevy or Eldo for the parking brakes. You can buy them local far cheaper.

What you need to do is get caliper brackets. Then you can use 3/4 ton stuff.

Here's a pic of my caliper brackets:

I made my own backing plates out of 5/16 plate and used 3/4 ton 80's Ford rotors with corvette calipers. The calipers could be Blazer or Chevy truck ones so that you can just get the simple weld on backing plates. The only differance between single and dually is the offset on the wheel flange and I think the dully ones should work better because they seem to be set further back so that will give you more clearance and then be able to run a 3/4 ton Chevy rotor.

66CJDean, I like that setup. Dig the big calipers, and it looks like it would be easier to hose the crud out of them after a mud run.

In case anyone cares, I've been in contact with TSM about the Corp 14 conversion and they say their webpage is up at http://tsmmfg.com/

It links back to the old page, but there is some good info.

They want $300 for eldorado calipers w/ parking brake. This seems really steep, but then I havn't priced them locally yet.

I did. Its easy, you dont need disks to clear 15" rims on a 14 bolt. Heres some pictures of mine. I have eldorado calipers but they suck so I'm going to put on a set of 1/2 ton front calipers I got for free.

there are a couple of guys making the brackets for a better price on the coloradoK5 site, they are 45acp, and donimator (sp?), and misfit. nothing but good things to say about these guys.

Gald to hear. I've been kicking around the disk break option for quite some time, but the cost of the conversion was setting me back. I'm running 15" rims now and am glad to hear that when I go to the rear disk that I don't have to grind again

Thaks for the input.
