what is the measurement from spring perch hole to spring perch hole on a stock chevy front 60?

I think it is 31.5"

it is in that range but i am guessing at less than 32.5. my memory is fuzzy on this but i think my dodge was 32-32.5 and we had to narrow the mounts down 1/2" or so to fit the chev nicer. anyone have an axle laying around to get definitive numbers? i see this question all the time.

I measured mine (from an '87 one ton)recently. It was exactly 31.5"
