OK, here's the deal: You have a full-time NP203 but you'd rather have a part-time setup to save gas, driveline wear & tear or whatever. I have a converted NP203 but I'd rather have the original full-time setup. Bring your T-case to me (off the truck), and I will swap out the relevant parts while you wait (you supply the diff housing gasket or RTV,). The part-time kit that I have is a well designed sturdy assembly, not the clunky spider lock kits typicaly found. It's comparable to the high end Milemarker shaft conversion and its in excellent condition. I also have a good used chain that I'll sell you for $20 if yours is stretched but you'll have to install that yourself.
All this assumes that your case is of the same design as mine and that your diff parts are in good condition, otherwise, NO DEAL. I am a very competent and ethical mechanic, you can watch me work, however this is not my business, you assume reliability risks. NO COMEBACKS. I'm in the Sacramento area. I put the milemarker kit in my 203, The replacement shaft not the other kind..
The install is stragiht forward and is relativly simple.. If this kit is the same its a decent trade.. I may have my old Fulltime kit sitting around if you want me to look email me Steve

Thanks for the reply's, but I got lucky. Picked up a perfect 203 from "Ranger", gonna swap out the diff and re-sell his case as converted to recoup my cost <IMG SRC="smilies/glasses.gif" border="0">
