i don't get it you had a beautiful truck totally screwed it up, you can buy rust buckets all day long for a $500.

I appreciate different.......There's too many cookie cutters out there, and it's nice to see a local guy building something big.

i figured so, so what did you use to paint them? it seems like most paint ends up falling off the headers because of heat.

they make special high temp paint just for headers. Auto Zone carries it, Advance, even Wal-Mart I'm sure..

when i first opened the this thread and started reading I though...NO FUCKIN WAY! WHAT KIND OF DIPSHIT CUTS UP A MINT FULL CONVERTABLE BLAZER?!?!

then I realized you smashed the fuck out of it and then cut it up. which is almost acceptable.

but then you made a blazer/truck and I though, well that makes sense if your gonna wheel.

BUT,

THEN YOU CUT THE ROOF OF THE FREAKIN TRUCK CAB!?

So my only real question is, and its kind of long; what's the point in removing a 1 piece body with no top, and adding a truck cab, and then cutting the top off the truck cab and converting a blazer that was originally a 4 seater into a 2 seater that you can no longer move into the back of?

Everything else on this build is cool, and I saw your truck on youtube with no headers haha that was baddass. Not trying to hate on it, you're just throwing me off by ruining the blazer body to make a "family rig" with less room.

I guess im kind of a purist when it comes to full con's between 73-75.

LOL pulls out everything xcept my stuck burb at KOTP! I thought for sure you had it though!!
I never had the chance to take a close look at your trazer/whatever it is now, but, DAMNIT!!!! I thought I was being original but I built the EXACT same sliders, even down to the damn smiley face!!!!!(time to get out the grinder and make it a mad face! only thing different is I put fat man step bars (for me and the wife was preggers) on them and ran them full length to t in an exo (eventually).
I like it though, eventually I'm wanting to do alot of the same things just spent my $$ in different areas so far! badass foo

k.. lets see if i can answer this..lol

i ruined the first body so had too do soemthing, a very good friend offered me his old cab and clip . once you wheel full convert you cant go back too cab. there is a bench seat so the three of us fit fine. the cage is very well tieed into the cab...i can open and close both doors when im flexed...try doin that with a cab... the seperate box is great for keeping our dogs and camping gear seperate from us. did i answer all of em???
