hi guys..i am using a 14b ff in my build...the axle i purchased,when i tore it down, it appears to have a crack on the spindle where the inner bearing rides..is this common? it looks like the PO ran it with a bad bearing for a while...anyone run into this? thanks

if its cracked start stripping that axle then trash it. get another and use the other parts as spares. if its badley grooved i would still do the same. no since in wasting your time with a halfass axle, know what i mean

Man, with your sig line, I would have figure you would have told him to booger weld it up, angle grind it smooth and run it.

that sounds like a plan, fuckin do it. its not like its a fiction surface or the wheel will wobble.
