Purchased as a back halfed, carb'd crate engine, TH350, NP205, D60 up front, 14Bolt rear, 17" Bilstein coil overs with wishbone in the rear, 38" swampers. Started project Oct 4th 2009 after wheelin it for a year as it was purchased. Since 0ct 4th 2009 here is a list of the major rebuild since:

-removed all tubing on back half
-new lower links (longer)
-lengthened wishbone
-boxed entire frame
-narrowed cab, hood, grill 12inches (from the middle, its only 2.5" wider than a YJ now)
-full interior cage. with custom dash and consol
-all new wiring, Autometer gauges
-New seats w/ 4pt harness
-LS1 with comp cam, Howell harness
-Atlas 4spd 3.8
-Atlas cable shifters
-Griffon radiator
-Flex-a-lite fans
-5.13 gears, ARB, spool
-Viair compressor and tank
-PSC full hydro
-4link front suspension w/ 2.5x16 King coils

I know that theres more, but this is the bulk of it. and here are some of the build pics. I will post more later.

these are pics of the cab on the frame after narrowing it 12". With the old tube work still on the frame from the previous owner. And also of what the old backhalf used to look like.

it is high right now, but with the new suspension in the front we actually lowered it about 2.5-3inches. Which only allows about 6" up travel in the rear now due to frame clearances. The leaf springs were limiting us before on height along with the wrong spring rates in the rear. Its intentions are to still be a full size rig, but haul ass in the desert, then drop it in low on the rocks and still kick ass. Basicly a KOH designed rig thats a full size truck.

Im curious as to how well the wishbone works out for you.... Im thinking of doing the same thing to my racer instead of a complete 4 link.

Ideas? Would you do it again? is it harder on joints, or does it feel like its wanting to induce more body roll?
