Suggestions

Im looking for suggestions on how to lighten an 82 chevy 4x4 pickup. Low dollar project so no fiberglass body parts. Street legal shop truck. I have ideas but looking for yours.

pull the box off of the rig and gut the bedsides and hang them back on if you want it to have the look of a box. you can also pull the inner fenders as well as gut the fenders and hang them back on. doors add weight to if its legal in your state pull them or run tube doors ... thats what i would do for lightness but what do i know....
