body swaps
ive been looking around here and other sites trying to find info on body swaps that are quite extreme, i want to put a 67-72 body on a newer frame and drivetrain. also has anyone ever seen a truck with multiple body years on it, for instances 67-72 front clip, 90s cab? any info or pictures are much appreciated

67-72 cab, 90's bed, yes.
67-72 cab might work fine on a later model 88 and later frame with major body mount changes, due to the frame rails being flat under the body. 73-87 frames kick up too much, later models may not, just requires you to go get a tape measure and become proactive. report back.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() this is way overdone, usually in conjunction with a rollpan with corvette taillights. it always looks like ass, because even though the belt line roughly matches up, the wheel arches DO NOT. I have only seen one or two of these trucks where it was done to look good, you have to use either the 67-72 wheel arches all around or 88+ arches all around, not a mishmash of both.
