This is for a co worker. He has a 350 700 combo from a 90 pickup. He also just got a great deal according to him on a 95 dully with no motor are tranny. I'm not worried about the FI sine 95 is still TB. my worry is using the 700 in place of the 4l60e. will i need to find an older computer are computer and harness. are will he get Lucky and it just through up a check engine light if we just stick the 700 in there?

OK i have learned that it will be replacing a 4l80 not 60. However still have ideas what issue it will do to engine management. I'm thinking the easiest and cheapest thing would be to find a 95 CPU with a standard tranny.
