Whats the diameter of the stock downpipes off the big block manifolds

Truck is a 1988 obs with a 454

How wide is the frame by the steering box area(on the top of the frame)

Flame me if you will, i have kevlar bitches.

.Im on this crappy HP Glisten phone and cant search.I need to order exhuast pipes and some spacers/standoffs made before the weekend.Where i had to weld in my steering box mounting plate there is one bolt that is too close to the top of the framerail to get a bolt started..Ive tried a button head allen with no luck,so im just gonna weld a hollow standoff in there and clear the frame..My truck is in jersey and its a 1hr drive and like 25 dollars in tolls.
