Hit up Harbor Freight. Years ago, I bought a cheapo air horn for less than $15 and put it on the Blazer. It was pretty loud. If I had the guy's phone number that I sold the Blazer to, I'd see if I could rip it off and bring it down.

At least I had machinical issues that were out of controll with the engine, you drove into a ROCK at 60 cuz you can't see over your chain streering wheel and the dingle balls were in your line of site...
