Crawlin For Crohns Takes Steps

The majority of you guys know all about Crawlin For Crohns and what it is.
For the ones who dont, its in the process of being its own Non-Profit organization to raise money all through Rock Crawlin/Rock Racing.

Last year I was able to donate $3022 to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America. Huge thanks to everyone who helped donate prizes for the raffle and a big thanks to Calrocs for letting me hold the raffle at their event.

Well the raffle is going to be back again this year. It will be at the Round 2 of Calrocs at Donner Ski Ranch. Only this year it will be a combined event with Werock too. I will post more on that when it gets closer.

What this thread is really about is that I am participating in a walk called Take Steps on June 9th. Its a huge fundraiser that the Crohns and Colitis Foundation puts on. This is my first year participating in Take Steps, I have set a high goal for my fundraising, $1500 dollars. Id love to exceed that amount.

I was diagnosed back in '08 and am still fighting this disease. But I am not only fighting it myself, I am also fighting for everyone else who has or is suffering from this disease.

We will be doing what we can as a race team this year to help donate to this cause. Justin and his family and friends do a great job putting all this together year after year. Justin is an asset to our sport. I am happy to try and be a small part of all of this. There has to be 300 race teams on Pirate and in rock sports. If all of us stepped up and donated $20 to this, that would be $6000. My $20 is on the way. Thanks to all of my sponsors for the generosity last year helping with the raffle. I hope you all can support in any way this year again.

I was diagnosed in 2004 with Ulcerative Colitis and this past January I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease. This shit sucks!
