RCAA Cedar City Itinerary

Thursday, July 10, 2003

Noon-8:00pm Inspection & Sign-in at the Walmart parking lot (1330 S. Providence Center Drive)
(All vehicles must be inspected prior to sign-in.)
Please plan on staying at the parking lot so the general public can meet you and check out your vehicle. (Having autographed pictures of you and your rig is highly recommended.)
7:00pm-7:30pm Volunteers meeting for assistant judges and crowd control.

Friday, July 11, 2003

7:00am-7: 30am Driver’s meeting at staging area.
(Staging area will be in the Three Peaks OHV Park.)
7:30am Stage vehicles behind your stake.
7:30am-10:00am Media kits and passes available at event site. Media booth located by the RCAA trailer. All media must sign a release waiver. All media must be professional and have credentials.
8:00am - Finish National Anthem, Event
During Event Post tentative results at the on-site RCAA Semi. We will be posting scores at the RCAA Semi through out the day at the event. Challenge period for clerical errors is right after scores are posted.

Event Location

Three Peaks From Main Street turn west on to 200 north, and go to Lund Highway (3100 west). Turn north on Lund Hwy. and go to Mid Valley Road. Turn west on Mid Valley Road and follow the signs from there.
