Leaky Ball Valves
Has anyone found a ball valve that doesn't leak? I've tried 3 different ones, they all are from Italy for some reason, they all leak. Part of the reason my rig flared up so easy is the f***ing leaky ball valve.
Don't get me started on the stupid kill switch...

My wife says I have a similar problem...leaky ball valve that is...
Terry, I'm bummed about what happened and I do know what you are facing. When I went to buy ball-valves, I checked very carefully the spec sheet on them and got materials that were complying with basically all caustics including brake fluid. I went out to look for a part number and the stamping says DynaQuip 2000CWP PN135. Dunno if that helps, but these valves are great...about $35.00 each, but I figured ahead of time, I didn't want to risk a fire for a few $ saved. I was told when I bought them to use red lock-tite to seal the threads on the lines...that was a recommendation from CNC who builds alot of brake components. Kill switches??? What are those used for?

Have you looked into the ones from a boat supply? I got one for about $17 that goes in the line. Haven't tested it fully inverted witha a full cell, but has not leaked at severe angles.
