BigRich is looking for some 'checkpoint judges' for Saturday, the 12th.

Fallon, NV is east of Carson City on Highway 50.

I'm about 90% sure I can make it. Big Rich knows me. I helped out @ the last event @ Prarie City & a couple of Cal-Rocs events.
I just checked the web site & it looks like it's starting at the raceway where the last Cal-Rocs event was, but I do'nt remember it bieng called Top Gun. Is this the same place?
Exactly where & when would I need to be there? It's a 5+ hour drive for me, so I probably wo'nt get out there till late Friday night.

It is out in Fallon. CalROCS was at Fernley.

Fallon is out on Highway 50 east of Carson City, NV.

I have always wondered were the course was in Fallon. So, where is it? Is it at the Top Gun Race way?

I grew up in Fallon, and my dad's ranch is on the way out there (top gun)...if you are driving out to the race way, he is on the left...all trees going down the road...that's it!

There's several different loops.

The one that was used this year was started on the track itself (as it is every year) with only a couple of miles of the course on that side of the highway. The rest of it was on the east side of 95. If I remember right, about halfway (what was it, 75 mile loop?) would have been Salt Wells.
